1st floor: 1 master suite with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 cm, 1 single bed) with shower room and WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm), 1 small bedroom (1 single bed), bathroom with WC.
2nd floor: large attic space over the entire surface of the attic (1 double bed 160 cm, 3 single beds) with bathroom with WC.
Geothermal and electric heating.
Unfenced garden with unfenced pond, indoor swimming pool (10mx5m and 1.90m deep) available from May to October, sun loungers.
Decorative pinball machine in working order: possibility of using it at the tenant's expense.
Possibility of providing a "cold meal basket" of local products (on request from the agent) for the evening of your arrival or during your stay.
Sheets and towels provided.
PLEASE NOTE: + €100 for arrivals after 9 [hidden] and €30 if you arrive 1 hour after the specified time. The owners have given free rein to their taste for "hunting" and recycling to bring this large house to life with their finds and creations, in a contemporary spirit, a bit "industrial". The result is an unconventional gîte. In the countryside, the property of several hectares also includes the second home of Marie-Laure and Charles. The surrounding area hesitates between Perche and Pays d'Alençon and offers plenty of activity ideas: the greenway less than 2 km away, the Pays Mêlois lake, horse or carriage rides, forests and their mushrooms, local products... Ideal place to stay for a "tribe", to share with friends or family.

Only issue was lack of directions for the property from the local village. Hard to find without directions and owner was at the property ready to guide us but non of us had mobile signals

Beautiful Place
We had a great holiday at this Gite. Everything was perfect and the owner was very friendly. Our kids loved the pool and we were blessed with brilliant weather. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property

Overall we had a great time, house was large and pool was amazing (we spent loads of time in there and the kids loved it). If I was being hyper critical I'd say the Wifi was a bit slow and the showers could have had a bit more water pressure but given we were in the middle of the countryside this feels unfair. Overall we really enjoyed our stay,

Propriete conforme à la promesse ! Accueil chaleureux efficace et discret.
Jolie demeure à l’ecart du bruit pour un sejour au calme (wifi tres faible pour les geeks !) joliment decorée (melange de styles pour toutes les generations !) cette maison est ideale pour un sejour en famille avec enfants et petits enfants. A noter l’equipement de qualite. Rien be manque en cuisine, tv, meme un flipper en etat de marche moyennant quelques pieces.
