"We accidentally made our reservation for one day earlier than it should have been. The staff did everything possible to make the needed changes without complaint. They were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Parking was easy, beds were comfortable, area is perfect. Would highly recommend!!"

"This is a pretty nice hotel for a short stay, with convenient access to the main roads that lead to both Aix and Marseille. "

"The Hoyel Le Nelson itself is a very nice, modern hotel and the room is very comfortable. The shower facilities are good but the bathroom door design is strange. The sliding door does not completely close, instead leaving a gap that results in magnification of any sounds emerging from the bathroom. The breakfast is a little on the pricey side but since there are no other options it is a good idea to opt for breakfast included. The bed itself is very comfortable and the concrete room construction provides a nearly perfect quiet environment for sleep. "
