"Best location, clean unit. Easily accessible to the downtown & taxi. Owner was very helpful. We had booked One Bedroom appartment, but considering our old age & my hip replacement surgery, she gave us ground floor unit for the same price. "If you are happy smelling sewer methane vent outside your lounge window then stay here. Kitchen has gas stove, take your matches, fly spray for mosquitoes , toaster does not work,cleanliness was 2/10, shocked to see my toilet pan with someone else's remains there, which tells me it was not cleaned. Towel rail fell off and benches looked as not cleaned. Driveway is extremely steep, and moss covered, if you fall, you will scrape yourself and clearly get seriously hurt-no railing to hold onto. " Property is up on the hill with very bad drive way. The driveway damaged our new car. The rooms and toilets were not clean and had bad odor. Bad odor coming from refrigerators. Loud music coming from nearby houses till 3 am and dogs barking on the street all night. Only positive was the security guard at the property who was super helpful and watched our car all night which we had to park on the street due to bad drive way. "

"Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. "The property driveway is impossible to navigate in normal clearance vehicles. While our driver tried unsuccessfully to drive up to the house, two men appeared, apparently to help but stole all my friends identifying documents , passport, driver license, money, travel cards and phone. The local police station at Raiwaqa told us the area ,where this house is , was very unsafe, very unsuitable for tourists and we should not stay at the property. "Beautiful house, but was not kept very clean. House full of bugs and insects. Couch and beds infested with bedbugs. It was my first time back in 26 yrs with my family. We got bitten so many times,it was a nightmare 😫 . We came back with marks all over our body. We told the host. All she said was sorry. They need to burn all their beds and furniture and clean the house from top to bottom. "

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. They would come out to help with our luggage each time we get in and out. The swimming pool was a bonus as we had grandkids who love water. Room service to change linen and towels every second day. Rooms were reasonably clean. "
