"I've stayed at various hotels in the Elko area on roadtrips over the years, but this is the first time I've stayed at Shutters. This place is a gem of a property, normal checkout time is noon, free breakfast served until 10am, real food cooked right in front of you, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and extremely friendly helpful staff. Hard to find a negative, wish the the coffee station in the lobby was 24 hrs and more options there."

"Value, convenience, and a clean room. That's what you're getting here. It's clean, it's relatively quiet, your car's right outside. Some complained they could hear traffic and people outside, but that's the nature of a motel. Stay at a hotel if you want silence. It's nothing that will keep most people awake.
