You are welcome to explore the working farm or can choose to venture further afield. The beautiful Ceredigion coastline is easily accessible while market and University town of Lampeter is close by. Ample walking and cycling opportunities are available as well as many other local tourist attractions

Size : sleeps 4 adults and 2 children in 2 bedrooms
Beds : 1 king with children’s bunk beds, 1 twin
Rooms : ground floor: kitchen dining room, lounge, twin bedroom with en-suite, utility room. First floor: large family bedroom with en-suite bathroom
Kitchen & utilities : well-equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer
Entertainment : TV, DVD player
For families : games room with pool table and table tennis, cot and high chair available in request (please bring own cot bedding)
Outside : Hot tub, large garden, patio area, garden furniture
Parking : parking available
General : wifi, bed linen and towels provided, electricity and oil central heating included, basket of logs provided
Pets : Please note maximum 2 pets, and they are only allowed on the ground floor of the cottage. Dogs are charged at £25 per stay, payable during booking.
Important information -  Property is located on a working farm, therefore sheep dogs might be present.
