We were welcomed warmly, registered and shown our room. We sat on the bed and felt a plastic box between the comforter and runner. This box should hace fallen on the floor if the comforter was changed. We immediately where given an equal room. No discount was given or upgrade offered. Will.not be returning to the hotel. I also had to leabe a credit card that was charged $50 for incidentals?? What the heck. The in room fridge was not stocked. Very weird

We had a wonderful stay at the Cork Factory Hotel. It was a beautiful property. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The walls are very thin and we could literally hear our neighbors on both sides conversations as if they were in the room with us. Maybe it was the acoustics on the top floor. Even despite the lack of privacy we would definitely go back. The bar was great, we didn’t eat at the restaurant but did get a dessert to go that was delicious. The Lancaster District Market is close and we loved how amazing it was. We also really enjoyed the downtown area and our dinner at Bubes Brewery in Mount Joy. Great trip overall!

We love the Cork Factory. Love the exposed brick, roaring fire in lobby, hotel restaurant, rooms, ok….everything about it. Many trips to this hotel. All perfect.

Historic former factory, which I like. Nice lobby with fireplace. Room was clean, but bland white walls (2 queen beds), not with cool looking, exposed brick walls as seen in all pics. No coffee or tea set-up in the room.,( or in lobby.) You will be driving around to get your coffee. Bed was great, very comfy. Bathroom was excellent, but with those cheap, individually wrapped disposable water cups used in motels. Restaurant unavailable due to wedding, and closed for breakfast. Based on all, it was average, not bad. Although I liked my good night sleep here, I'd probably not choose again as I expect coffee in the morning and food availability.
