"From the moment we entered, we were enthralled. This quaint hotel is absolutely perfect. The gardens that surround it make the place peaceful and serene. The staff was warm and welcoming and even went so far as to make other arrangements at the last minute. We absolutely loved our stay here and would do it again. "

"Le Moulin Simonis is a lovely hotel in a beautiful, quiet location. The staff are friendly, however the facilities are not as advertised. The restaurant was closed on the night we stayed and the bar & reception closed early evening. This wouldn’t have been an issue, had the listing not advertised these facilities. This is less a hotel, more a guest house / b&b."

"The hotel is well located in a beautiful and scenic part of the country. I used this as a stopover, close to European space centre and on the way to Disneyland Paris, but it's so much more than a stopover and I'm eager to return and use it as a base for canoeing the beautiful Semois valley. It is clean, comfortable, well decorated, has a great atmosphere and also benefits from being well served by really friendly and helpful hosts. Lovely breakfast and nice beer too!"

"We decided to splurge and enjoy a nice dinner in the restaurant. The service was a bit slow alrhough they were not very busy. We ordered the dinner with three services. The first course was ok. But the main dish was almost not edible. My piece of beef, described to us as slow cooked for many hours and deliciously tender was just a mass of unedible gelatinous rubber. "I stayed at le Saint Michel for two night while visiting the Champagne reagion. The staff was very friendly and provided proffesional service. We even forgot a bag full of souvernier, which they gladly assisted us in coureering ir back tl us. Two thumbs up! "

"Every aspect of our stay was fabulous. Everything was extremely clean and beautiful. Staff was very sweet and spoke English with us. The breakfast was wonderful. We got little bags of sweet treats on the way out too. My whole family highly recommends staying here. ❤️"
