"This was a good location. I stayed here with my mom. We found it convenient to walk into downtown from the hotel. I was happy that there was free off street parking. That was the deciding factor me in the end. The front desk provided excellent service. Every question I had, they were gracious and helpful. "The hotel was brand new. Very clean. Nice beautiful rooms. At arrival you must check-in on a machine. I had to enter my name and reservation nr. The machine said it was unknown. I had to call assistance. They helped me out and got my roomnumber with accesscode. When I wanted to access the parking lot, the accesscode wasn't working. So I called assistance and then nobody answered. After a long day of work, this kind of sh1t p1sses me off ! 😠"

"I arrived quite late in the evening due to a canceled flight. Pierre, the night attendant was so very nice, accommodating and professional. He made sure the process of check-in went smoothly. He even prepared me a late night meal as I had eaten a day, all at 1 AM in the morning. At 6:30 in the morning when I had to depart, Pierre was still there working hard. Pierre is quality and compliments this property. THANK YOU!"
