"Chambre apparemment dans un centre de vacances..tres calme avec une tres belle vue du balcon..lit confortable chambre qui a des marques du temps passe..mais propre et bien concue avec le necessaire..pour un prix raisonnable sachant qu a l arrivee vs devez faire votre lit et qu au depart vs devez donner un coup de balai et enlever les draps etc..mais cela se fait.. "Where to start? Waking up with a wonderful view on the mountain chains (Puy-du Dome and Puy the Sancy) is the best way to start any day! We enjoyed the view with a cup of coffee in the morning sun on the nicely furnished terrace followed by a bicycle tour or a hike in the gorgeous valleys in Landogne and surrounding towns, literally all we needed for a revitalizing holiday stay. "We enjoyed our stay here -- it's a nice house with a great view, and we appreciated being able to use it as a base for exploring this part of the country. We had no concerns at all -- everything about the property was exactly as described. The remoteness is part of the appeal -- though it does mean that it's not easy to pop out to a shop for something you might have missed/forgotten. With good planning, it's a really appealing place."

"This chalet has a lovely view of the lake and the wooded hills. A lovely view at breakfast and during the evening meal. The chalet was very well appointed with all necessary utensils. While I loved the lake, trips to Puy de Dome and Massif de Sancy were also within an hour's drive. All in all a lovely introduction to the Auvergne."
