"I had a very relaxing visit. Walking in the mountains and breathing the fresh air was exactly what I needed. The Spa facilities were great and the staff very accommodating. It would have been good to know that the hotel included a shuttle pick up before I arrived and would suggest that this be posted on the website."

"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. The breakfast was...
