I would not recommend booking this place on Expedia, the staff is not aware they are listed on Expedia so check in took over a half hour. It was especially difficult because we only speak English and they only spoke German, so if you don’t speak German keep that in mind. They advertised having WiFi but it didn’t reach to our room. The property is nice and the space was very clean, so they were great for the price in that sense, and the staff was nice but the difficulty at check in would make me think twice before booking again

Eenvoudig maar rustig hotel, wel erg warm

Eenvoudig, maar keurig hotel. Rustig gelegen. De kamers hebben geen airco en het wordt bij warm weer wel erg warm binnen. Hotel heeft ook een restaurant, maar dat heb ik bij de beperkte bezetting niet geprobeerd. Ik heb het hotel gebruikt als uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten in de omgeving. Het hotel zelf ligt boven op een heuvel met een stijgingspercentage van 12%. Dat zegt ook iets over de omgeving

Waren 2 Nächte dort, nur zur Übernachtung . Daher können wir nichts zum Frühstück und Restaurant sagen. Die Zimmer waren sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Gute Matratzen. Ruhige Lage. Einen Aufzug habe ich für unser Gepäck auch vermisst, wurde aber vom hilfsbereiten Personal auf das Zimmer getragen. Wie achon von anderen erwähnt , ist das Hotel schon etwas älter. Aber den Preis kann man sich wirklich nicht beschweren. Es ist schließlich kein 5 Sterne Hotel.

Unklarheiten beim checkin,angebl.2Nächte gebucht,dann doch 3Nächte Preis ohne Frühstück für Expedia Gäste.Restaurant geschlossen.Samstg.u.Sonntag die einzigen Gäste. Das Zimmer sauber,einfach eingerichtet,Flachfernseher,breites Bett,gute Matratze.

The building is outdated in a secluded residential area - probably 1950s. The main entrance, which is in the restaurant section reeked of the scent of diesel fumes. I didn't know there was not an elevator or I would not have booked the room - I'm 75- too many stairs and boards on the bottom of the bathr door of 4 inches high - in the darkness, I tripped! The facility is supposedly 100% no-smoking, but smokers did so anyway and it was impossible to keep the smoke out of my tiny, insufficient room - the room so dark that reading was impossible. For dinner, it was necessary to drive 15 minutes, as there is no restaurant service in the hotel - only breakfast. The bed was an antiquated, spring mattress! To top off my great disappointment with this booking, I was double-charged by both cash at the hotel and on my Visa Card by Expedia. In my 45 yrs of travelling in Germany, I have never encountered such a poor accommodation!

Da ein neuer Besitzer gerade erst drin ist und erst alles am anfang der Renovierungen ist muss man sich noch mit dem etwas altertümlichen flair einrichten. Aber wir persönlich fanden es irgendwie klasse diesen alten charme 😊 am abenteuerlichsten war das Bad besonders die Dusche man muss das wasser ziemlich lange laufen lassen bis das heisse wasser da war aber auch das muss man mit humor nehmen. Aber sonst ist alles top es ist sauber man hat ein bequemes bett einen balkon, tv. Und 7 € pro person für das Frühstück ist auch völlig in ordnung. Das Buffet war Reichlich für jeden was dabei. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Mal schauen wie es dann aussieht. Und die Betreiber sind wirklich super nett. 👍
