"The hotel is located in beautiful area. This hotel is family-run and they are very nice and friendly. They offered a glass of wine right after our arrival and it was a pleasant surprise. One of their family member is also running a nice Korean-Italian fusion restaurant "Uri" ~20 minutes driving away from the hotel. Food was great and restaurant staff were very pleasant."

"We reserved, paid for, and had confirmed a two night stay at this property. When we arrived, the host/property owner shared that the property had been double booked and that we would be able to stay in the apartment the second night only. They did provide another property for the first night instead. It was not as nice, it was not as spacious, and no expansive terrace with the beautiful view. We also then had to move to the new apartment after the first night which took time out of our vacation....

"This large country home easily fit our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. Giordana was immediately responsive to inquiries before, during and after our stay. The pool was really a sitting pool to cool off in, you could not actually swim, which we knew. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were large, bathrooms sufficient. Our host even helped arrange a private Cooking lesson for our family which was fantastic. I highly recommend this home near Asti and Alba."

"The villa is situated in a country location with a lovely garden and pool looking over the surrounding countryside. The layout is a bit quirky with some interconnecting bedrooms but it worked well for our party of five couples and we all had our own bathroom. "The room price included free parking as per Expedia and the property Google listing. This is why I chose this hotel. Upon arrival they told us that there were no parking available as they set up an outdoor terrace in place of the parking spot. They said we could use the staff parking but wanted an extra €20. Very greedy owner and not worth the price paid for. The listing still showed free parking and they had a sign in the room showing parking code but they refused to provide free parking....
