Very outdated

Welcoming was great and staff are very polite. Rooms were okay but very outdated. Found a cockroach dead in the bathroom and highlighted it to the staff but nothing was done about it despite them saying it will be sorted which was very disappointing. Paid extra for the breakfast but I wouldn't recommend it. Very limited breakfast and doesn't cater for majority of diets. Location was quite good as shops and markets were close by. But overall I wouldn't be staying here again should I visit the island in the future

Underwhelming stay

There is a night market located next to this resort and it does not turn off its loud music till midnight. In addition, the resort bistro also does not regulate the amount of noise their customers make during late night. I have to contact their reception close to midnight and I was told the bistro does not close till after midnight. You would think a resort would have a noise management in place for their customers right? No apparently. On top of this, I found a live cockroach in the bed. The shower towels were old and one of them had a hole in it. Also for the amount of money you pay for breakfast, it is not worth it. The food selection was average. Not a very pleasant stay. The resort needs to up its game.

Hotel bien situe

Personne a la reception pour nous accueillir, connaissant l'etablissement je suis alle a l'autre reception pour signaler notre presence, apres 5 mn d'attente supplementaire 4 personnes sont arrives et la verification de notre resa a commence et encore 1/4 d'heure pour avoir la clef. Pareil pour le petit dejeuner. Il y a manifestement un probleme avec les resas. Sinon l'hotel est propre et calme.

Hotelli sijaitsee uskonnollisella alueella ja hotellin asukkaat ovat 90% islaminuskoisia. En suosittele muille kuin islaminuskoisille. Sijainti on kaukana Langkawin vilkkaimmalta alueelta noin 20km päässä. Vaihdoimme hotellia viimeiseksi viideksi yöksi koska emme tunteneet oloamme islaminuskoisten seurassa oikein hyväksi. Ilmastointi ei toiminut kunnolla ja kerran se korjattiin mutta korjaus kesti 4 päivää. Hotellissa ei mikään oikein toiminut ja ongelmia kun oli monenlaisia esim. suihkun viemäri tukkeessa(kylppärin lattia lainehti kun kävi suihkussa)safetyboksi lukossa (piti pyytää 3 kertaa että saatiin se auki ja arvotavarat lukkojen taakse, ilmastointi rikki joka vaikeutti paljon nukkumista. Korjattiin mutta ei kunnolla, uimaaltaissa lehtiä,kukkia ,siivous luokatonta ja saippuoita lisättiin joka päivä vaikka niitä ei paljon käytetty. Englannin kielentaitoinen henkilökunta hyvin vähäistä. Ei jäänyt hotellista mitään hyvää sanottavaa.

1. I booked resort . But They send me to into a 4 story building opposite of the resort . 2, Power Black out 2 times . 1st was at11plus pm the whole hotel was in darkenss. it took them 20min or more to get it back. 2nd black during the day it just came on afyer about 10 plius min. 3. Late checkout .. they want to charge that for the housekeeping 4. The hotel was not fully book . Any case they could allow 1 hour late check out. No they did not . 5th the Check in time to late 3pm and checkout too early 12nn . May it is not worthy to stay here

They have nice seaview. I specifically booked a room with seaview, and ended up facing backyard of some houses. Truly deceiving. Shower tap and aircond not in good condition. Made a call to reception and that was it, no further action were taken by the Hotel to rectify. Breakfast choices limited. The worst was the pool, the photo in the website showed attractive slides and a big pool. Nothing close. The kids pool were closed for maintenance, the slides were in poor condition
