Cette location ancienne et restaurée, constituée d’un rez-de-chaussée et d’un étage et mitoyenne d’une autre location. Un plan d’eau est accessible depuis la location. Avis aux amateurs de pêche et de chasse ! (de fin septembre à fin novembre, le propriétaire pourra vous faire découvrir les secrets d’une palombière). Un local Pêche et un terrain commun de 3000m² sont à votre disposition.
Gîte non fumeur. Gîte Label Pêche. Animaux domestiques acceptés (sur demande uniquement). Gîte avec wifi.

Sur place : pétanque + boules de pétanque
30M - Lac privé (Propriétaire) pour la pêche : sandres, carpes, brochets.
200M - Lac public pour la pêche : sandres, carpes, brochets. Permis de pêche obligatoire.

A savoir pour votre arrivée :
- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 200€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
- Location de draps à la demande : 12 € la paire, lit non fait. 15 € la paire avec lit fait.
