The sink in the bathroom was slow draining, the shower drain was very slow draining, and bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. My room was right next to a stair case with people stomping up and down the stairs late in the night

The building is very run down. Our room had a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling that chirped the entire 2 days. Couch was broken. Parking lot and sidewalk were covered in ice the entire time. We had ro ask for more towels from room service for day 2. There were no tissues and only 1 roll of tp. Great location just poorly managed and maintained facility.

I booked an accessible room at this hotel. I took a chance, coming in from another part of the state, for work. I stayed in it all week, then booked it for the following. Everything was fine up to then. The guy at the front desk, was great. The second Friday I was there, I got a call at work. It's really loud there, but I answered. I was told someone showed up and they needed my room. I was paid up til the next day, Saturday. The woman kept pressuring me. I told I was checking out the next day, but she kept insisting. I told her I would be back to my room from work, til around 6. This is where the worse thing I've had to endure, at a hotel, happened. They insisted on moving MY PERSONAL ITEMS, while I was not there. When I got to the hotel, my stuff was in a different room. I was absolutely beside myself. I told the desk guy I'd expect to be reimbursed for that night. He said the manager would be informed the next day. And in the least surprising part of all, NOTHING WAS DONE. NO APOLOGY. NO NOTHING. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

We stayed for a week and up until the last night, it was great and very quiet and peaceful. We had the pool to ourselves for the first 5 days so that was nice. The breakfast buffet was good and probably the best part of the stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with the kitchen area and it was very convenient to have a full sized fridge and a sink to wash dishes in. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having a TV in each room.
