"New apartment in good location. Close to beach, dining, and bus stop. Grocery store is close by as well. Communication with host was very good and she was very helpful. Not giving 5/5 rating due to lots of construction directly across the street as well as behind the building. Construction site was busy and loud. Also the apartment needs a coffee maker ( maybe that’s just for us Canadians 😉). "
