Sunny and Comfortable Villa with two Flats inside of it. This is unique silent Place for Friends, Family and Couples located 15 minutes from the city centar.
Beautiful and modern House has all necessary equipment.

Two spacious Bedrooms, each with King Size Bed, Clothes Closet with Shelves and Hangers. Also both Bedrooms has it`s own Bathroom.
Located up in the hill this Villa provides breathtaking Landmark and Sea View.

Because of his Location, this Accommodation will make yourself feel like Home. Villa has it`s own Private Entrance and Parking Place so you don`t have to worry about that.
With Airconditioning, High Speed Internet, TV etc., you will be able to enjoy 100% during your Peaceful Time. Villa also has its own garden with some beautiful flowers.

During your stay with us, you will be able to use the whole house for yourself. This place also have a BBQ, so you can have some quality time with your friends or family after your beach time is over. Terrace view will assure you that this is the best place if you want to be isolated from the city jams and noise.

Super Lage und Ausblick, aber...
Großzügiges Haus mit super Terasse und Garten und grandioser Aussicht (bis nach Budva und zum Strand sind es jedoch ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu fahren). Check-in war eine Katastrophe: niemand telefonisch zu erreichen; mithilfe von Nachbarn haben wir nach ca 45 Minuten jemanden gefunden der uns rein lassen konnte (nicht Eigentümer). Der Empfang und der erste Eindruck vom Haus waren nicht besonders: Es waren zum Beispiel keine Handseife in den Bädern und nur ein mickriger Rest Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Es gibt noch einige weitere Mängel: Im Obergeschoss gibt es keine Klimaanlage; daher war eines der beiden Schlafzimmer (zumindest zu unserer Reisezeit im August) quasi nicht zu nutzen (weit über 30 Grad auch in der Nacht). In mehreren Räumen des Hauses hängen Stromkabel lose aus Wand und/oder Decke - ein absolutes Sicherheitsrisiko für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern. Ausstattung der Küche und Waschmaschine hingegen waren neuwertig und sehr gut. Anfahrt zum Haus und Parken sind je nach Auto eine Herausforderung: Die Zufahrtsstrasse ist extrem schmal und sehr steil. Fazit: Aus unserer Sicht war diese Fewo zu dem von uns bezahlten Preis (den wir hier leider nicht nennen dürfen) überteuert.
