"The room could use some tender loving care. The carpets and furniture needs cleaning. There were only one spoon and one fork (utensils) in the kitchen, oppose to there being enough for a stay. The towels in the bathroom are WELL WORN. Very THIN. They really need to be replaced with NEW towels."
