Had an accessible room, but it was a tub not walk in shower?? The tub floor was also cracked. The tub faucet broken and had to guess at water temperature placement. Otherwise, clean and comfortable

unfortunately, this time was not a good experience at this motel. It was very cold, and the heating didn't work and when I told the front desk person all he said was " I'll let maintenance know" not even a Do you want another blanket? Too late to look for another hotel on a Saturday night so we had to put up with it. oh yes and by 10 am the housekeeping people are so noicy and they start knocking on doors by 10:30 to get out.
