After paying extra for jacuzzi and fireplace, both amenities were unavailable, no fire wood was delivered although asked, and only freezing cold water would run from the jacuzzi.

вечером (так где-то после 22ч) вода ГОРЯЧАЯ часто КОНЧАЛАСЬ… Считаю это критичным недостатком, ибо апартаменты позиционируются как "с джакузи"... Да, думаешь придёшь такой вечерком, примешь ванну - а облом… И не понятно… там есть некий "booster" типа для горячей воды, но на какой бы уровень я его не выставлял, ни через час, ни через 3 ч вода теплее не становилась… а скорее всего наоборот. не знаю уж в какое время утром вода прогревалась, но в 10-11 утра так и текла холодная… Понимаю, что на Кипре везде подогрев воды за счёт солнца, но видимо накопители не рассчитаны под такое количество гостей… собственной выделенной парковки нет, вечером поблизости мест может и не быть… попался номер с некачественной шумоизоляцией балконной двери (её чуть отрегулировать бы, чтоб плотнее закрывалась…). Ибо вечером в соседнем здании запускался то ли генератор какой-то, то ещё что-то…. шум на всю улицу… выключится мог и под утро… входная дверь тоже с плохой шумоизоляцией, но благо на этаже только по 3 номера… ну а так если кто-то там начинает разговаривать - то по ощущениям как будто у тебя в номере… есть спутниковое тв, но большинство (даже бесплатных) каналов не работает, среди рабочих - российских не нашёл… (но мы на отдыхе - так что не критично было, хватало для фона и местного радио) если присмотреться, то простыня и пододеяльник в пятнах… wi-fi иногда пропадал. Идеальный вариант для долгосрочного проживания, если добавить стиральную машину и что-то придумать с горячей водой
