Completely renovated stone village houses, called "Rosiers" at a place called "Le Barry" n ° 7 which is quiet and which is located in the heart of the hamlet of Larressingle, very close to its medieval castle.
The house, perfectly insulated and tastefully furnished, consists of:
Ground floor: living room opening onto a patio, dining room with table for 12 people, open fire area; kitchen with large gas stove, 2 fridges, one with freezer compartment, dishwasher, storage cabinets; Dishes, small appliances and household utensils are very complete; a bedroom with two bunk beds, a WC / shower.
On the patio: garden chairs and table, dining area, barbecue, parasol.
On the 1st. floor: three large bedrooms with linen and a child's bed; a bathroom with bath and Italian shower, large closet, two sinks; a toilet and a washing machine.
2nd. first floor: a bedroom in the attic with 2 single beds which is accessed by a staircase like a miller's ladder.
In front of the house: a garden with a 10.50 m long swimming pool; arbor with table and benches, deckchairs, parasol and table tennis area.
Rental conditions: July and August; minimum one week from Saturday 5 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m .; small animals (dog or cat) weighing less than 15 kg allowed. No smoking.
The rental includes all household linen: sheets, towels, tea towels, tablecloths.
WiFi is available. There are two television sets.
The pool is managed by me (Water analysis and cleaning)
The beds are made upon arrival and the house is cleaned. When you leave, the premises must be left clean, the barbecue cleaned and the garbage cans emptied.
The rental guarantee amounts to five hundred euros, checks are not accepted. It will be returned after inventory in the presence of both parties.
