Best location and service

Loved my room and the service was excellent, the hotel was really close to the best beach and some good places to have coffee. The winebar on the same street was a favourite.

Excellent stay!

I had excellent experience staying in this hotel. The room was nice and clean and most important the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in great location just two minutes from the beach. Yes the hotel is a little dated but for me is more important the cleanliness the location and the staff and to these three I can give 5 stars. Definitely I will return the next time that I will visit Las Palmas.

A lovely, clean hotel with generous sized rooms at a very reasonable price. Really friendly staff. I like the small bar / cafe as locals pop in for a coffee, not just guests, so it doesn’t feel touristy. Good location.

Perfect lication, in the heart of Las Palmas, seconds from the beach, bars and restaurants. Clean, friendly and accomodating staff, all amenities provided in the rooms, TV, hairdryer, safe, fridge etc Althought the hotel is a little dated, you cant fault it for value for money.

Central location and good value for money

Spacious rooms and a central location. There is some noice from the streets outside. Helpful and serviceminded staff. Overall good value for money. Will most likely stay there again.

This property is area wise on a great spot, 1min walking to the beach and the boulevard with restaurants etc. Bedlinnen needs updating and in the summer airco’s would be a welcome change. Overall I would rate this hotel fair.

This is a great hotel is all you want is a cheap room to sleep in. The beds and mattresses are clean - the shower and toilet is clean. The staff at reception were friendly. The room was tired, with peeling wallpaper and the only thing to keep you cool is 1 fan - no Air conditioning. The area os the greatest downside. It is indeed, right next to the beach - however this arra stank. It smelled of garbage l, had sex and weed shops all around it. Definitely not the place to go if the hotel is meant to be part of the holiday, but a great place for if you need to stay somehwere on a budget. I was here ro visit my boyfriends family, so perfect for us.
