"Check in wasn’t easy. Received a WhatsApp message 45 min before check in requesting to complete personal info, ID and provide 100euro deposit. Host says it takes 14 days to return the deposit which wasn’t indicated on the description on Expedia. Better Instructions required to prepare guests that you need to complete check in using a data connection, smart phone and credit card number for deposit. Would have been nice if they can send the request 1 day earlier to complete this info...

"Had a great experience staying at the apart hotel. All staff were great and friendly but cleaning staff deserve special credit because they do an incredible job. The apartment itself was great and it has pretty much everything you’ll need for your stay. Was offered to upgrade to the Penthouse with all round views, hot tub and bed & breakfast for £300 extra for 3 of us - so why not. Been several times so knew what was on offer. No hot water for showers until part way into 2nd day. Room wasn't cleaned for check in time 4pm. Hot tub was cleaned either until day 3 - certainly not what was expected for upgrade fee....
