Great house, great location!
Great location, comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, nice hot tub, games and things to play as a family, large master bedroom and bathroom, good hosts. This was a wonderful house to stay in for the weekend and was even better than the pictures. We will definitely stay here again. This was such a beautiful, suburban neighborhood, but still close to the freeway and airport. We loved it here!

Sunny, relaxing space, close to everything
My family and I stayed in this home for the second half of our vacation. Perfect location to see some of the sites in Las Vegas as well as head out for a super rad hike to the Arizona Hot Springs. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming and the home was extremely comfortable. Thank you so much!!

Graduation for daughter!
The house was clean and a great location. We had room and enjoyed the outside patio. I felt safe in the neighborhood. A little pricey, but what can you expect for Las Vegas during Mother’s Day weekend. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I recommend the house and I would gladly come back!!!

Family Visit
We met in Vegas for a mini family reunion. The backyard games and large open area were great for visiting. The hosts were very accessible and we enjoyed the snacks when we arrived. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt safe walking in the evenings. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Nice spot, close to everything
Loved it. Was the perfect HQ for our event team, close to everything. A few things need to be fixed around the house (fan in bathroom, drains in tubs are backed up), but overall it was really good. Beds are super comfy, and owners are great to work with.

Home away from home!
Our family was very pleased with this piece of property. The six of us felt very comfortable and it had plenty of room for all of us. It definitely beat staying in a hotel. I would not hesitate to ask for this property again. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner just by chance. What a pleasant, cordial, friendly lady. Great experience!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It was equipped with everything we needed for a week stay. We had a wonderful time with our family members from the East Coast. The host was easily accessible. The house rules and information about the property were readily available. We would gladly return.

Great getaway!!
This house is great!! Clean spacious house was big enough for our family of seven to stay in for the week. Nice outdoor yard with a hot tub. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook your meals. Was in constant contact with the owners. They checked with me throughout our stay. Will stay there again when return to Vegas!

Wonderful
Loved our trip. House was as listed. Clean, everything we needed/well stocked in the kitchen. Coffee set up was great. Back yard was the perfect set up for our kids, and the hot tub was so relaxing. Bedding and beds feel like a fancy hotel. Loads of towels given. There was a pack n play and sheet for our toddler, the twin room was perfect for our young kid. We all slept in every day. They even had a map to show local stores and such. Would stay again.

At least in one of the rooms there was a bit of dirt on the floor. Several of us missed the step into the living room. There must be something that can be done to make it more visible.

safe/quiet/clean with friendly helpful hosts
We were in town for 3 day and four nights, racing cars and trucks along with nights on the town. This home is located in great neighborhood near shopping and has access to the freeway, but still very quiet and comfortable. When we had questions or needed help our host were available by phone or text immediatly. The home has nice cookware and a large fridge complemented with a GAS RANGE!! check in was a breeze as well. We did have one issue when one of the kids accidentaly locked ttem selfs out ot there room. We a were able to contact the host within minuets and they led us to the spare key. These folks have thought of everything!!!! We now have a place to stay we can count on!! thanks again to the wonderful hosts

Great Place! But....
The house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need. Was going to give 5-stars, but after checking out was informed the owner filed a $700(!) insurance claim alleging damage to the hot-tub cover. The hot-tub cover appeared to have been baking in the Vegas sun for years and had (literally) hundreds of rips and tears. You could hear it crack every time we touched it, but we didn't mind at all - It still worked. But now I know why they REQUIRED us to purchase the insurance - They wanted a new cover for their hot-tub. And we wonder why insurance costs renters so much....

Great property and amazing hosts!
This home was a perfect fit for my family. We were in Henderson for a wedding and the location could not be beat. Very central and easy access to both the highways and airport. Mr. Jim and Ms. Elaine were very helpful in making recommendations for hiking and activities. The home has a spacious backyard with yard games and a lovely hot tub. We used the grill most nights. The property was very clean and we had plenty of towels provided. It was also nice to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the showers. The property is well maintained and provided all the comforts of home. The hosts made sure we had snacks and coffee upon arrival - this was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property if you are a larger family visiting the Henderson area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Warm and comfortable surroundings
Had a family get together and wanted a bedroom for each person. This houde fit the bill. Beds were very comfortable (altho the master is a bit low to the ground) and the amenities were well taken care of. Enjoyed the double sink and well spigots in the master bath and the kitchen was very useable for making family meals. The guitar needs an new high e-string, otherwise everything worked beautifully. Would recommend without hesitation and may book again in the future.
