The property was great for our family and would stay there again. The pool was great for the kids along with the gamilng table of pool and air hockey. There are some repairs that would benefit the property, but it wasn't detrimental to out stay.

Our daughter had a softball tournament, and we wanted to find a place close to the field; we would recommend the house to any family looking to stay in a quiet and clean location. We were able to enjoy all the amenities of the home.

A few light bulbs out. Pigeons living in the roof / ceiling somewhere. Could hear them at night. Silverware and pans adiquate. Could have used a few more pans and pots. Heat imbalanced on the thermostat. Cold some rooms. Got others.

Lead Vegas stay
Check in information was not given until a few hours (5) before check in. It made me a little nervous since i had a long drive to get there. The home was clean neat. There were few issues. I payed $200 extra for the pool to be heated and it was never heated enough to really get in and enjoy it. Some doors on bedrooms were not able to close. (Not lined up with doorways) Not enough coffee cups (only 4) in a house that sleeps 16. The home is really beautiful and we hand a nice stay. Over all it was a nice stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

The property didn't look as shown in photos. The outside front landscaping was run down. Signs and anti slip flooring strips made the environment feel less than homey. No chase lounges at the pool. Overall dissatisfied. Wouldn't recommend.

Spacious house but only comfort wise
We occupied all rooms. Pros. -Plenty of space. -Easy check in, access. -Good communication -location was convenient to freeway and food. Cons. -Older home in need of updated finishes. Clean but some items in obvious disrepair. -Blankets were inadequate for temperature in rooms, too thin and no extra blankets were available. I actually went out and purchased a comforter so I could be warm. Thin blankets make sense for summertime in vegas but winter happens there too. -Heating system heated the house irregularly and some rooms got very little heat while others overheated. Playing with the thermostat did not fix the problem. Thanks!

List to improve services in future
While our overall experience was good there are certain things that may help to improve your services. Need to improve utensils. As pans and silverware is really outdated For ten people only six coffee mugs or cups were provided Doors and cabinets need to recalibrated Fly treatment outside is must and should be addressed. We have not experienced Fly bites in our life. It was really hard to sit and enjoy weather outside because of those Flies Swimming pool was not working especially the filters and we were not comfortable able to get into the pool Bigger towels cold be more convenient Garage floor outside is not giving a good look to property. As I mentioned above your are in the business of hospitality improvements on your part will bring more rentals to n future. Regards
