The room I reserved was unavailable. They ended up down grading my room but tried to fool me into thinking it was an upgrade. Other than that i would definitely stay here again. The rooms are clean and the casino floor doesnt smell like smoke.

Was suppose to receive a beverage credit but they refused to give it to me even though I showed them my silver status and email . They said too bad and move on We did have some very nice staff in Juniors and the sports bar that were very nice and attentive but the front desk was pretty rude

Really nice new property! Clean nice rooms. Great view. Stylish decor...all round pretty great. My only complaint would be all but one pool was closed so it was hard to find a lounge chair in the sun and the one pool that was open was small and in the corner. If lounging at the pool is important too you I would call asnd ask first lol Otherwise this is an awesome stay. Far enough away yet close enough to the really crazy part of the strip.

I took over an hour to check in also when asked for one hour late check out it’s a $30 fee you can’t tank to anyone on the phone it’s all automated parking fee of $18 is applied even you’re a guest poker room is horrible only one table is running I had to drive to the another casino
