I liked that there were a large number of food options. The room was quiet and clean. The self check in process and creation of your own room key was cumbersome. I felt more like a hotel employee than a guest. I noted that other Vegas hotels were more customer focused.

An OK casino hotel, provided that: (1) you don't try to use the self-service check-in, or the online check-out (neither of those worked for me); (2) you don't want to dine at 2am (the one restaurant that had a sign in front saying "24 hours" was lying; the only open restaurant at that time was a burger restaurant with a very limited menu; (3) you don't mind paying $20 for parking in their parking garage. (Come on, this is a Las Vegas casino; why are you charging for parking?)

The resort fee was a surprise at check out, so that was frustrating but I guess that's what happens when you book through Expedia. Upon entering my room it smelled like someone had just pooped and then Lysol was sprayed, gross. There were a few long hairs on the sink, so that was gross, too.The Roller Coaster was fun and I didn't use any other amenities, so I can't speak to that. When we visit Vegas again, we will stay somewhere else.

No coffee Machine, microwave or refrigerator in the rooms. Walls were paper thin and I got to participate in my neighbors arguing about how she ruined his birthday in Vegas. It was like listening to a bad radio drama. I did like that the elevators were set to only go to the floor of the person who scanned their card in the elevator lobby. This was the century tower. It was nice not to have to share elevators all day long. The casino itself was fine although the staff did not come around often enough sometimes for the free drinks. Drinks are teeny tiny glasses if you get a mixed drink and they didn’t have a ton of alcohol in them which was fine by me because I don’t like a strong drink but others might feel differently. if you get cans or bottles and at least you know what you’re getting for alcohol content. We checked in online and printing our keys at the kiosk was easy enough. We had a nice view of the roller coaster and the end of the strip. However our room despite being on the end of the hallway was clearly next to an elevator in another tower heard elevator noises 24 hours a day. Earplugs and a White Noise app on my phone saved us from the elevator noise, the roller coaster noise, and the noisy neighbors. The beds clearly need to be turned because the side next to the nightstand was clearly flattened and uneven so I just slept on the other side of the bed. The mattress should be turned 180° so at least people could sleep on the better side. Shower pressure was good.

The elevators at the new york tower. Not exaggerating, had to wait nearly 10 to 12 minutes for the elevator, each time, and theres 6 of them. I actually had to get on an elevator goin up so that i could get on one even though I was going down. It was ridiculous. Would get to the ground floor and there would be a line. Other than that, i love this hotel
