Beautiful 2 story home in a quiet masterplanned community, located in southwest area of Las Vegas called MOUNTAINS EDGE. Walkway to the parks is right outside the front door. Lots of restaurants, gym, stores within a few minutes drive. Also close by is numerous hiking spots as well as our well known scenic Red Rock drive is approximately 10 minute drive away. If you like being one with nature yet want to be close to freeway for Vegas nights out, consider this cute retreat. When you're ready for a night out on the strip, a short 20 minute drive depending on strip area. For a night in, theres a cozy loft upstairs to wind down for movie night. A huge california king bed in the primary and cozy queen bed in the 2nd bedroom.

**Blackout curtains are available for the primary bedroom. Being in Vegas we understand some careers require day sleeping. Complimentary, please request if needed.

A Home Away From Home
The home was fully equipped with items one would need to live normally. The home’s host delivered prompt responses and notified me of anything that would affect the home or the stay. At night, a few of the surrounding neighbors could be a little obnoxious with their music, but it didn’t detract from the stay much.
