Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this gated casita is just 4 minutes away from the vibrant Las Vegas Strip and Allegiant stadium our charming casita offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Designed with a modern flair, this one-bedroom retreat is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers looking for a serene stay with easy access to all the excitement Las Vegas has to offer.
The space
The casita entrance is on the side of the house - please look for the entry way pictures.

The pool is available with no lifeguard on duty. No heating available for pool or spa
Other things to note
We have a dog that lives indoors, but uses the outdoors to potty.
She's friendly and may jump to greet.
Please keep casita door fully closed to avoid Lola from sniffing her way into your space.
