A clean and fun experience. The pizza place is amazing and everything is 6-7 mins away. Rooms are nice clean and quiet. Definitely recommend for a vacation.

Room was very clean and spacious. Hotel service was great. I had clogged the toilet accidentally and they sent some one to fix it within 15 minutes. View of the city at night was epic. Some of the charging ports in the room didnt work but the stay overall was great. Definitely one of the best hotels in Vegas.

Walked in our room it smells like mildew or a dirty moldy rag was use to clean entire room. Then we complained and the put up in a handicap room with the toilet non stop running and the air system did not work

The ambience and location of the Palms Casino are great. The food court offers great dining choices and the A.Y.C.E Buffet is reasonably priced and tasty. The staff at the Palms is competent and friendly.
