Shaun at the front desk was phenomenal and truly made me feel welcome. Everything was amazing, the only thing I can say is that I went to the Pub 365, the restaurant inside the hotel, I went all nights of my visit and the host was very rude and not friendly and had the same server 2 out of 3 nights and he was not checking on me and my girlfriend rarely and we caught him on his phone the majority time of our dining experience. I had to walk up to him to give him my card and the bill because I asked for it and he left and went immediately to his phone and I waited about 5 minutes then just ended up walking up to him. Other than this, the stay was great and Shaun deserves a raise.

The desk staff were professional, patient, and understanding. So were the staff in the cafe and the Gift Shop. The only thing i didnt like was the unhooked chain to the flushing handle in the bathroom. Had to reach into the tank and rehook it.

The room was huge and extremely clean I stayed for two nights eith a 1am check in on the first night and the staff at the concierge deak were so helpful and friendly. Walking distance (around 20 minutes) to the Arte Museum and cosmopolitan. Lots of shopping nearby. Cute little breakfast cafe in the building. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

I’ve stayed at the Tuscany many times in the past. As usual, it was clean and well kept. We ate at all three of the main restaurants and saw the Rat Pack show which was a blast. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 as apparently they picked a holiday weekend to do some work on the parking lots and the grounds in general. All good for them doing so, but there was no notice or forewarning of this work, so the first night we parked right near the building where our room was which was awesome. The next day we took off for a drive and an excursion, and when we got back, the parking was severely limited and we could no longer park right near our building as well. Happened the second night as well. So while I get the importance of the work on the parking lot, the timing was bad and some notice would have been nice. Also the work started way too early in the morning and was right outside of our (and I’m sure other guests’ windows, which really wasn’t cool. So while I would go back to the Tuscany again, this visit was somewhat hampered by the work being done. I’ll ask again that they crank up the shower pressure which is always low when I’ve stayed there but at least the water was hot, unlike some other places I’ve stayed in Vegas. So again, overall a good stay, but could have been great was it not for the timing of the work being done. Usually I’d give kudos for easy parking because the Tuscany is the best in that regard - just not this time.
