Excellent service, feels like they are one family. Beautiful location and Bachus restaurant is amazing. We were there in November and the Christmas lights were on, it was magical. They offered us a warm apple cider upon arrival - nice touch. The only downside is parking (valet only and quite pricey, but that’s the same everywhere in Vancouver downtown). We will definitely stay here again.

I loved staying at the Paradox. The stay started with an upgrade to a Paradox Signature King. I felt truly pampered staying there. The room was very elegant in and I loved the evening turndown service. It was great to come back at the end of the day with the lights dimmed and a candy treat on the pillow. I felt truly spoilt!! I would definitely stay there next time I am in Vancouver.
