I reserved a courtyard room on ground floor. Room assignment was second floor with a court yard and parking garage view. Alright, but not as reserved. Room was nice. But ac/heat control was locked shut. Room was too cold for me. And no extra blanket. Pillows were hard and very uncomfortable. Will not book again

We arrived early and were told we would have to pay $30 even though our room was ready. Not even 25 minutes early would they let us in. Not very accomodating. Now after 8pm I hear dogs barking in someones room on our floor...really?

the property is old and rundown. The room we stayed in had rust in the sink, and hairs still in the sink and tub. We asked for housekeeping but never got it. We paid for a courtyard room and was given one on the second floor, and was told it was a courtyard view room, and if we had a problem about that we should take it up with Expedia. They were not helpful at all

Great hotel with comfortable beds. The coffee pot was a bonus and parking free. The only thing that wasn’t excellent is there was no hot water to have a shower in the morning.

The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that the check in lady at the front desk was rude. We didn't take onto account the time change, and when we tried to check in she said "seriously, it's only 1130. Rooms won't be ready until 2 at the earliest". We aren't used to being treated that way when we stay anywhere else. But otherwise our trip was very relaxing as it was intended to be.
