"It was a great stay, Matt was very helpful and communicative when needed. We found minimal issues with the property and those we found did not affect anything. Would definitely stay here again!"

"It truly is a cozy cabin among the trees. I needed an escape from life's daily intrusions and interruptions and this place did not disappoint. Definitely need 4WD or all wheel drive to get up the driveway in the winter months. Already scheduled my next stay. Bring a book!!"

"Property is beautiful, well appointed, and perfect location. A great place for extended families to spread out and enjoy! We have stayed at many Vrbo homes and this was one of our favorites. Our family skied everyday right from the house to the slopes. The college football viewing set up was great too! The “basketball court”is one hoop set up in a heated garage. "Lisa was an excellent host and the property met all of our expectations. Top notch host all around! Very informative about the property as well as the local area. The house was perfect fit for our group on a ski trip. Very cozy and had everything we needed during our stay! The kids loved the loft area! We would definitely recommend, and return in the future! The driveway is a little tricky if snow covered. We found that it was probably best not to attempt until it was salted even with 4WD, but the owner quickly had plow truck come and clear for us. My only complaint would be the mattresses/pillows could be upgraded in some of the rooms. "

Some of us went skiing at Seven Springs, some of us went to Somerset for shopping and hung out at the cabin playing games, puzzling, reading, etc. Communication with the owner was fantastic, she always responded quickly, answering every question and assisting with any issue we had (which were few & minor). We would definitely come again and would recommend this home to others. "

"This is the second time my girlfriend and I have stayed here, and I would certainly continue to come back. My only complaint during this stay was there was constant water dripping in the room above us that we heard all throughout the night; however, the room is nice and cozy. Although this place as not as fault for it, I would recommend researching places to eat prior to staying here because there aren’t a lot around. "

"My family was going skiing at Hidden Valley Resort and this was an excellent choice for a hotel! It is six miles from Hidden Valley and 8 miles to Seven Springs Resort. The hotel staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was so clean and the beds and bedding were comfortable. It is located right off of the turnpike and there are quaint shops and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay there next year! I was very happy with this hotel!"

Days Inn by Wyndham Somerset PA I-70 I-76

"We were visiting Somerset for the annual fire and ice festival. The property is only a 15 minute walk from the uptown business district, however not many people clear snow from the sidewalks, including the hotel, so walking was a bit complicated. However, it's January in the laurel Highlands so it's expected to walk in snow. Staff was extremely welcoming,kind, and helpful. The parking lot and entrance could have a little better snow and ice removal. Excellent dining within walking distance. Located directly at the turnpike interchange and a great value for the cost. "

"When I arrived, the staff was helpful and the room was clean and well stocked with linens, as well as toiletries. There was a continental breakfast provided which was well provided and available at 6:00 am. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, for my first stay at a Sleep Inn. I would certainly return."
