"This motel is in an excellent location if you are visiting Launceston CBD. It is right next door to the beautiful Princess Theatre and close to many cafes and restaurants. We found the staff very courteous and friendly with a shout out to the lovely receptionist Chantelle who in our opinion is a real asset to this great motel. "

"We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was great. Very basic room, limited furniture but spotlessly clean. Advertised free WIFI, this was not available. When we phoned to check why, we were told sorry its not available. Also had tea and coffee making facilities but no milk."

"It was a nicely appointed, very clean and quiet room with very comfortable bed, in fact all so good that we overslept and missed breakfast! Will always stay when the need arrises, keen to see what the new rooms are like and hope there is a lift. "
