Loved the hotel, rooms were spacious. Great location, walkable to most places, we did have a car and $10 a night for parking was really reasonable. Cataract Gorge and Chairlift is a 5 minute drive. City Park 2 minute walk, lots of shopping and dining in the area. Would definitely stay again

Nicely located hotel in the center of town. Convenient car parking right next to the building. Very outdated inside and old furniture and furnishings in the hall and in guest rooms. Feels like a step back into the 1990tees. Even the bathroom fixtures feel old … comfortable bed and nice to have tea kettle in the room

You always know what you’re going to get when you stay here. The bathroom I was in had been upgraded but the rest of the room desperately needs an update, it looks very tired, but other than that it is fine. I would also like some independent heating / cooling. It did get chilly in the room when working at the desk and I couldn’t adjust the heat. Staff were lovely and my meal was great too.

This is a great hotel excepting for a couple of things. My room had one only bedside power point. The bed was too soft as everyone slept on the same side I feel , I use a sleep machine so I had no other choice.

Good value for money and very friendly staff. Good location within walking distance to shops and restaurants including the convenience of a restaurant in the lobby. However, the rooms were a bit dated and old including leaky showers, slow drainage and dim lighting.
