"Lovely place, perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay again. Was worried about parking but no need as about 5-6 big parking places round the back. 2 mins to shops in Mutley and about 10-15 min walk in to Plymouth."

Only issue was trying to find the 'central area' to drop off our rubbish, only bin we could find was behind some barriers, so had to leave it outside the property. Being next to the A30 getting anywhere for visiting was about 30-45 minutes drive and the staff could not be anymore helpful great time
