"This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member."

"The property met the expectations from the pictures and was a great spot to stay if you need to be in this area. The interior was nicely decorated in a beach theme. The kitchen has appropriate appliances and supplies. The property is a typical "Old Florida" type of place. It's not huge and the bathroom is small. "Easy to find VBRO! Interior very clean! For us 68 year olds, walking to the beach was not an option, no sidewalks on a busy road, difficult to carry beach gear - wished the unit had a beach wagon. Great shower, but only 1/2 of the shower head works. Very nice little kitchen, although no bakeware & coffee pot top fell off every time I poured a cup of coffee. "Came down for a wedding. Bumped to this property the day before departure as our original unit had no power due to Hurricane Milton. Wonderful spot for 3 adult couples plus my granddaughter. Well-stocked with everything we needed and more, especially for young children. Michelle is a great host, attentive and timely."
