"From the moment we walked in the door Alessandro and staff made us feel wonderfully welcome. Romano was there with a welcome drink, Federica with a hand massage…fantastico. The property was absolutely stunning and well maintained. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite and the daily breakfast was rich with both international hot options and local classics-served in a beautiful dining room leading out to the gardens-by a friendly and efficient staff member. "This property was a very pleasant surprise for us as it was very unique, very cozy and located in Old Town. Breakfast could be better with more local produce. I would rate the hotel a fair option. Area is not as interesting as it is marketed. Dining options are also not rich, mostly fast food."

"A wonderful hotel with very helpful staff - particularly those on reception. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the town centre and the Trulli district. The swimming pools were an added bonus. "What to say about this place , the people really make the place very welcoming and always willing to help.
