"I want to get the obvious out of the way…They are currently renovating all of the balconies. The ones that are complete - look beautiful. This did not bother us a bit because they are not putting people in those rooms and work stops at night anyway. It would be the only improvement I was going to mention. "This property is the iconic Swiss hotel with friendly staff and spectacular views. Our room was on the lowest floor but still had a Mountain View. However, it shared a public terrace instead of a private terrace, which was the case of the upper floors. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. "

"Beautiful location in Wagner. It is at the top of a hill overlooking the little town. Is is a short walk from the train station, but the hotel will send a driver if you ask. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful and friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. "
