Wonderful hotel directly across from the train station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very nice. Highly recommend if you are staying in Murren.

Murren is a beautiful little town that is perfect for hiking. (we went in the summer) This hotel is located near the train station so the access is easy and it's a short walk from the gondola too. The restaurant is magnificent and the staff super friendly and helpful. There is a lot of construction going on around the hotel, but it should be finished soon. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

The property have fantastic view of the mountains . Welcome aperetivo for the guests is appreciated . They have a good breakfast and good restaurant for dinner . The room is pretty big . I think they need to consider air conditioning as we are experiencing climate change everywhere including Switzerland .

Beautiful property and extremely peaceful. Lots of accommodating staff and the pool is nice and heated. Nice peaceful walk around town and lots of hikes available nearby. Be wary, the rooms don't have any air conditioning.

The hoteliers service were superb. I think the chained hotels should learn from them. From the moment you reach the station until the day you check out, you felt very warmth, the staffs are attentive and makes you feel very much at home. And they are genuinely happy that you’re staying with them. TBH, I am super glad that managed to book the last room. Thanks Eigerians for giving me an amazing experience for my very first Swiss Alps stay. I will for sure be back someday…. TQVM!

All the right amenities and spacious room. Staff were extraordinarily welcoming, and it was completely convenient for the train. Do eat in the restaurant and be sure to save time for the sauna and relaxation areas

Such a beautiful place to stay, our room was amazing and had a view of the Eiger, Monch and Jungfrau right in front of us. The pool was great although could be slightly warmer. The sauna area was bliss.
