"Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered. The intention is to take $ without giving an experience. Terrible"

We had booked One Bedroom appartment, but considering our old age & my hip replacement surgery, she gave us ground floor unit for the same price. " Property is up on the hill with very bad drive way. The driveway damaged our new car. The rooms and toilets were not clean and had bad odor. Bad odor coming from refrigerators. Loud music coming from nearby houses till 3 am and dogs barking on the street all night. Only positive was the security guard at the property who was super helpful and watched our car all night which we had to park on the street due to bad drive way. "

"The property driveway is impossible to navigate in normal clearance vehicles. While our driver tried unsuccessfully to drive up to the house, two men appeared, apparently to help but stole all my friends identifying documents , passport, driver license, money, travel cards and phone. The local police station at Raiwaqa told us the area ,where this house is , was very unsafe, very unsuitable for tourists and we should not stay at the property. "Beautiful house, but was not kept very clean. House full of bugs and insects. Couch and beds infested with bedbugs. It was my first time back in 26 yrs with my family. "Absolutely loved it here! The staff was so attentive- even if we were just passing by, everyone made sure to stop to smile and say hi. We had a double balcony facing the ocean which was a nice view to wake up to. In room Dining options were a bit limited but morning buffet was definitely worth getting. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! "
