I was only there for one night, but this hotel exceeded my expectations for quality, customer service, cleanliness and overall friendliness of the staff. The rooms were large, comfortable, and nicely appointed, plus the Paddington location cannot be beat for convenience to Heathrow, Gatwick, and all parts of the city. And the bathroom was large and modern. I will definitely make this my primary hotel the next time I'm in London.

"There is no early check in or dropping baggage off before check in without paying for it. A little annoying especially if u arrive several hours before checking in. Good place to stay but plan ahead"

"Classic nice hotel Beatles may have stayed there- Fantastic breakfast buffet with great staff. Front desk were not helpful with check in requests. We had 2 triple rooms- three beds that had a roll away instead of 3rd bed as expected- one was larger in the end and quite nice the other too small. Great ..."
