"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

"A perfect, cute, unique apartment in a great location! The apartment had plenty of space, 2 bathrooms, and a comfortable bed. Its location is central and it’s easy to walk anywhere you need to go! There are a couple of great little wine bars across the street as well. Reception was very friendly and communicative. All around a great find. "

"We stayed in the Garden unit for 9 days in mid July. The property is beautiful and Alessandro and his family are wonderful people and great hosts. They were very accommodating to our family by amending the pool hours. The property is perfectly situated to see many great areas around Bologna and all are within about an hours’ drive. The only issue we had was the heat. Unfortunately there were heat warnings throughout this part of Europe in July and the property is not set up yet to deal with...

"This apartment is perfectly located in a lovely square with great places to have a bite to eat and a beverage! Simply decorated and had everything we needed. Quiet at night and comfortable beds. We would defiantly stay here again. When you check in just get some clear direction on where to dispose of your garbage. "

My son and I had a 6:50am flight and the first free shuttle leaves at 4:45am which was just in time to get us to the airport within the 2 hours. "Everything was great about this hotel as far as a hotel that you need very close to the Bologna airport. My son and I had a 6:50am flight and the first free shuttle leaves at 4:45am which was just in time to get us to the airport within the 2 hours. Only negatives was the poor WiFi in my room (429) which made me go to do some work in the main lobby. My tub/shower had a really bad clog so I was in shin height water by the end of my shower. Overall two minor things considering the place was clean, not too expensive, staff spike English and less than 5 mins from the airport with the complimentary airport shuttle. I would use them again when in Bologna again."

"PROs: The room was well-located and had good upkeep. The breakfast was expansive and of great quality. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had nice water pressure. CONS: uninspired dinner menu. The room could have used a kettle for tea. The tub needs upkeep. Like the speaker in the bathroom but no volume control, speaker had too much static. Prefer glassware to plastic cups. The style needs updating."
