The staff are rude thr area is very nice. There is room for this hotel to improve and they need to focus on that. The airport shuttle is horrible!!!! Get an uber.

Had to wait nearly 40 mins to be collected from airport Room was very noisy, very dark. Not clear information about where to get shuttle from and struggled to get an answer on the numbers given - they would just ring straight off. Took half an hour after receiving bags to get hold of hotel, then had to catch tram to shuttle bus collection then wait 40mins from there. Thought it was advertised as a 20 min transfer !!!!! On an already very delayed flight and an early start - we had 3 hours at the hotel, hardly any sleep

front desk lady was kind. originally it was just me traveling out of JFK the next day. but we received news from the hospital that my mother does not many days left, my husband decided to come with me in the last min. so the reception kindly found a room with double bed for us. really so preside it.
