"Average hotel, room was fine although it was noisy from the adjacent road. Take ear plugs, it’s not well insulated, you can hear dogs barking and we were on the 8th floor. Housekeeping man super happy and friendly. Gym/fitness area is poorly equipped, also has carpet flooring which was pretty gross, wasn’t clean. Had massages which were good. Had a swim in the pool which was fine but not a relaxing place to relax beside, but it is central Delhi. Breakfast decent. "

"I absolutely loved my stay at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel in Delhi. The hotel made me feel incredibly safe, which was one of the most important aspects of my stay. The food was top-of-the-line, offering an exceptional culinary experience that I thoroughly enjoyed. The service was nothing short of spectacular, with staff who were not only professional but went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The workers at the hotel were the most friendly and caring people I have encountered. Their attentiveness made my stay feel personal, and it was a delight to be treated with such genuine care. The spa is a must-visit, offering world-class services that made me feel rejuvenated and pampered. I’d like to give a special shout-out to Hasan Askari, whose excellent recommendations for places to visit and remarkable customer service made my trip even more enjoyable. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a memorable stay were greatly appreciated. Room service and the manager were simply spectacular, always available when I needed something, and their professionalism was impeccable.
