"Best hotel we have ever stayed. Everything is thought through, from parking untill the spa. Very friendly administators and rest of staff. Jacuzzi in the room with thermal water - dont think anywhere else you can find that. Spa - excellent. Thermal park - excellent. Food in the restaurant - excellent. "It seemed quite affordable at first but after you add in all the charges for towels, linens, toilet paper, room cleaning, etc. you are better off paying more for a different hotel. This camping ground is unlike any other camping ground that we have stayed at, this one makes you pay for everything. Even the on site market was quite pricey. Location was good for our theme park outing but they are plenty other hotels to at near by. "

"The hotel was clean and rooms were decorated in a French renaissance style. It is family run and they are always willing to help. The location is nowhere near to Lazier as the post code suggests as its a 2 hour walk along side of roads. A car is a must if you stay here as there is nothing in the surrounding area. We got the No 164 bus which you can get as the stop is placed outside the hotel. We took the bus to Garda and Verona but understand buses are usually about 20 mins late than stated....
