Outstanding Hotel

"Hotel was amazing. Room was a little hot for our liking as the air con only went to 19.5C but the room was practical and comfortable. We liked the separate toilet and the bathroom had a separate bath and shower which was handy for our disabled child. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa bed too. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. For example, I asked for extra towels and straight away gave you towels. Definitely will stay at Novotel chain again. Location of the hotel was great especially Gare de Lyon nearby (15 min) and walkable plus there is metro station literally 2 mins away. "
