"From what I remember, this hotel is brand new and you can tell! Overall nice clean rooms. I would recommend driving to and from, with this place as your starting point to wherever you are going. Can be confusing to find at times but thats everywhere in the city! "We were on foot and able to walk to/from the train station through Annecy which took a leisurely 40 mins (for those so inclined - it’s a hill!). The climb was worth it. Beautiful lake view from our window and pleasant concierge staff. We rented e-bikes (40e/each) for a day and road the beautiful 26mile path around the lake. Also easy access to hiking trails above Les Tresomes. Highly recommend! "

"Dirty dirty dirty beds. Stains, lots of hair (that wasn’t ours) dead bugs and cigarette holes in the duvet. Dirty room, tv remote didn’t work, front desk staff were tolerable but not very polite. Very meh hotel. But Annecy is beautiful! Not bad If you’re not spending much time in the room."
