"Convenient location, large enough rooms and bathroom. Wasn’t enamoured with climbing into bath for a shower. If there was a bathroom with a shower I might ask for it next time. "Personne pournois accueillir à notre arrivée, gîte souillé par un chat (excréments au sol, vomis sur les lits....). Le propriétaire n'a pas donné de draps propres quand il est venu nous voir le lendemain de notre arrivée. Les fenêtres sont cassées/fêlées. Le site est magnifique mais l'hôte n'est pas à la hauteur, il ne correspond plus aux photos malheureusement."

"Owner responded in a very cavalier fashion to issues at the property on out arrival. Failure to provide services eg wifi had a detrimental effect on our ability to enjoy a much looked forward to holiday. Clearly an end of season rental with some tired amenities and some cleaning issues."

"We stayed for two weeks and loved it here! We took two young children and our dogs and couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house is beautiful with everything you could need and the garden is great with plenty of space for games and dining. Great location with shops 2mins walking distance and 10min drive to angers. "Room was huge and in the main in good condion. However noticeable it was one of the ones not yet updated. Bathroom was worn and old fashioned and needed a complete redo. Sofa bed when as a couch was faux leather and quite damaged. Upon complaining I was kindly offered 2 other rooms but athough these were modernised and newly updated in the end I stuck with original room due to the extra space, how bright it was and the amazing 8th floor view. Just threw a duvet over the sofa. Beds are extremely comfortable and all the items you need in a flat are provided. Staff go above and beyond to help you have a comfortable stay. Especially Michael who was extremely helpful. I would certainly stay again. "

"Modern, very comfortable accommodation. Pleasant reception staff. Really handy location very close to railway station and city centre. Very nice breakfast room with a good choice of continental breakfast items, beautifully laid out. Only downside was very limited choice of cooked food - only sausages and (poorish) scrambled eggs."
